Ducati plans Foggy rep Monster

DUCATI bosses in Italy have confirmed they are working on a Monster tribute to four-times WSB champion Carl Fogarty based on the latest S4 version of the bike.

It uses a 916cc water-cooled motor making 101bhp and 67ftlb of torque in standard trim. But the Foggy bike is expected to be tweaked to make around 110bhp and 70ftlb.

Insiders claim the bike will be offered with carbon race cans alongside the stock silencers.

Ducati says it will release further details this summer before the bike is unveiled towards the end of the year, but won’t confirm a price or exact specs yet. A standard S4 is currently listed at £7500.
