Over half of riders prefer riding to the pub

Riders are prepared to sacrifice everything from nights down the boozer to going on holiday with the family to make sure they get a riding holiday this year.

But a third will now be forced to stay in the UK, as the cost of going aboard is just too expensive, a new survey has revealed.

The survey, by Post Office Insurance, revealed almost half of bikers would be willing to give up going to the pub. Fortunately for their other halves this is preferred over giving up presents bought for their partner (8%) and holidays with the family (5 %).
