Bikers' Google Earth

Have you found something fascinating on Google Earth related to our biking world? Then let us know because we are doing a compilation of all the most usual, interesting and unusual stuff found on Google Earth.

For example, did you know the aerial satellite shot of Brands Hatch was taken on a World Superbike race weekend – the team trucks, the crowd and even the cars and bikes in the car parks are clearly visible. Do you know of anything similar?

We’re thinking of stuff like aerial shots of bike factories, race tracks, the Futa pass used by Ducati to test its bikes and the secret test tracks manufacturers use to develop the bikes we all ride.

If you haven’t tried Google Earth it’s free to download and can deliver images from satellite covering the entire globe – some areas in enormous detail. Click here  to link to Google Earth (external site).
