19 points and still driving a taxi

A taxi driver who has 19 points on his licence, has been allowed to keep on driving.

Dominic Brown, 33, from Lincoln already had 14 points amassed when he appeared in court on another charge. Brown crashed into a car whilst reaching for a mobile phone, he used a legal loophole allowing professional drivers to plead ‘exceptional hardship’ if they lose their licence.
