Paddy McGuinness ditches campervan for Kawasaki Z1000

Paddy McGuinness, who played Paddy in TV comedy Max and Paddy, has joined the motorcycling fraternity by taking delivery of a Kawasaki Z1000.

The comedian passed his test in late 2007, and says the big Kawasaki Z1000 stirred him in the same way his first BMX bike did when he was younger. “Bikes like this are what prompted me to want to take my bike test,” he states.

Max and Paddy was a comedy starring Paddy McGuinness and fellow comedian Peter Kay that charted the progress of two doormen on a tour of the UK in a Fiat campervan.
