New Faze 250 confirms relentless march of Honda's snub nose

1 of 2

First it was the Fireblade, then the MCN-scooped new V4s, now it’s the scooters which are gaining snub noses and the ability to change gear on their own.

Honda’s new Japanese-market scooter confirms the look is set to define Honda’s family look for the next year or two at least. The 23bhp/180kg biffer also features fully automated continuously-variable transmission, in what again is becoming a Honda theme.

The Pan European/Blackbird replacing second version of the V4 is also set to relieve its rider of gearchanging duty, thanks to an automated-manual, dual-clutch gearbox.
