New Husqvarnas for 2010

Italian off-road manufacturer Husqvarna has two new models for 2010. The enduro-styled TE630 and the SMS630 supermoto replace the out-going TE610 and SM610ie.

As well as restyled bodywork, both machines receive an updated engine featuring a twin-cam head (replacing the single cam head on the 610), a capacity hike from 576cc to 600cc, twin exhausts, a hydraulic clutch and more power.

For a company famed for producing fiery competition supermotos, MX and enduro bikes, the new TE630 and SM630 are designed with more general road use in mind.

The machines are expected in dealers in April and prices have been set at £6095 for the TE630, £6295 for the SMS630.

MCN will be riding both machines at their world launch in and around Husqvarna’s factory in Varese, Italy on Monday.

We’ll give you our first impressions on motorcyclenews.com then and the full report will be in MCN on 7th April.
