Carole Nash Motorcycle Live: Norton unveils three new Commandos

1 of 3

Norton Motorcycles has taken the wraps off three new versions of the Commando including a dual seat option along with two others.

The Commando dual seat will cost £750 more than the standard Commando bike and has been substantially changed in order to take a pillion. The bike will cost £13,249 compared to £12,499 for the stock bike.

Norton boss Stuart Garner said: “This is the first time the bike has been seen in public and we think it’s good value for the amount of work that has gone into the bike. It has changes to the chassis and the subframe to enable the bike to safely take a pillion.”
Norton is working frantically to meet brimming order books and is even continuing to build bikes throughout the eight day Motorcycle Live show at the NEC in Birmingham.
