Spanish trial bike brand Ossa has begun production of its new 2011 ‘Worlds lightest Trial bike’ the TR280i. The well renowned brand which re-entered the motorcycle world last year has made the original motorcycle ‘lighter easier to drive’.

The main changes to the model are to improve ergonomics and create better maneuverability at low speed. They have done this with new fork settings which are smoother and more progressive, along with a new lower fork clamp that increases the turning angle.

The bike also boasts a new air box cap and better motor performance. Ossa spokesperson Josep Serra Xiu said: “This way we forbid the entrance of water and dirt and we obtain the supply of fresh air in all circumstance. We improve as well the air circulation and the motor performance”.

Last year we were promised exclusive upside-down forks which now appear in the specs but not in the photos Mireia Folguera, from Ossa’s press team said: “We are still working on it”.
