New Victory High-Ball revealed

American firm Victory has released details of the 2012 range of bikes with the stripped down High-Ball bobber, an all-new model for the UK, leading a host of other changes including ABS across many ranges including the Cross Country Tour and Vision.

The High-Ball is a 1731cc V-twin with 113ftlb torque and 92bhp, a classic bobber style which combines adjustable ape-hanger bars, minimal bodywork, whitewall tyres, spoked wheels and matt black paint.

The ape-hanger bars have been specifically designed to cope with American laws which prevent handlebars being too high. Simply by adjusting the top yoke clamp, the bars can be rotated to make them lower. The controls and cabling have all been designed to move with the bars as they swop between the high or low settings.

Victory is aiming to sell the High-Ball for less than the £12,995 Victory Hammer, undercutting the direct Harley-Davidson rival, the £12,999 Softail Cross Bones Blackline. A price of £10,995 has been confirmed for the UK market.
