Vyrus Moto2 bike for the road

Italian specialist bike manufacturer Vyrus has stuck lights and indicators on its 986 Moto2 bike, rendering it road legal.

The bike failed to attract any teams willing to run it in the Moto2 series, so manufacturer Vryus has stuck some rather unsightly lights on and called it a road bike.

Powered by a Honda CBR600RR engine, the bike costs £25,000. If you already have a CBR600RR a Vyrus kit costs £16,000 – but you have to build the bike yourself.
