Swindow Council to Scrap Speed Cameras?

So where has Labour (or should that be Liebour?) been getting this 33% figure? Magic 8-ball? This may just be a cost-cutting exercise (saving circa £320k) one presumes that previously they made a profit.

Strange how their stance suddenly changes when they are no longer raking it in. I assume their opinion to safety hasn’t changed, so that leads me to conclude it was never about safety in the first place. Which neatly dovetails with the DfT report.
