Clothing advice: Removing flies from your visor

It’s getting to that time of year again when flies start to pepper your visor on a ride.

To get them off and leave your visor scratch free, follow these simple instructions.

1. Remove the visor from your helmet. If you’re not sure how to do this then it can be kept on.
2. Soak a piece of kitchen roll through with cold/warm water.
3. Place the kitchen roll over the outside of the visor and leave to soften the flies for an hour or so.
4. Remove the kitchen roll along with the flies and wipe the visor dry with a lint-free cloth.
