Video: Ducati duo talk illness, new bikes and team changes

Former MotoGP world champions Casey Stoner and Nicky Hayden have ended the annual factory Ducati launch at the spectacular Madonna di Campiglio ski resort in Italy.

But before they were allowed to relax and go on the piste, the pair had a packed day of media engagements yesterday (Tuesday).

Hayden spoke about the team changes inside Ducati’s factory team, with long serving team manager Livio Suppo no longer in the fold. The American, who won the MotoGP crown in 2006, also spoke about his relationship with 24-year-old Stoner.

Australian Stoner, who is bidding to win back the premier class crown he won in 2007, gave details of his recovery from the fatigue issues that seriously hindered his ’09 challenge.

And he also spoke about the new Desmosedici GP10, which features a revised Big Bang firing order that Stoner rode for the first time in Valencia back in early November.
