Loris Baz kicks off MotoGP career in Spain

Loris Baz has put the controvery of his final World Superbike appearance behind him today by making his MotoGP debut in Valencia.

Baz has completed his first laps on the Forward Racing Yamaha Open class project he will race alongside 2011 Moto2 world champion Stefan Bradl in 2015.

Baz was at the centre of a massive row and social media spat with former Kawasaki World Superbike teammate Tom Sykes after he ignored team orders during the recent final round in Qatar.
