Round England fairy ride

1 of 1

If you see two riders wearing fairy wings and tutus over the next two weeks, don’t worry, you’re not hallucinating.

Sonja French and Lyn Jones aim to ride 3000 miles in two weeks to collect money for muscular dystrophy sufferer Amy-Louise Collins. And to make it just a little different, they’ll be riding a Ducati Monster and Honda CBR600 dressed like fairy godmothers.

Amy Louise is almost 2 years old and suffers from a very rare from of muscular dystrophy, which has no treatment or cure currently available.

The pair begin their trip at Box Hill on Sunday September 15 at 11am, and will be stopping off at various at plenty of bike meets around the country, as well as an organised toy run to the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford.
