SeeRed at Donington Park on September 3-4 features vintage and historic racing combining Ferrari F1 cars, classic motorcycle racing and Group C racing.

The event is to celebrate the Maserati marque but activities also include the Lansdowne Classic Series – giving a taste of Grand Prix motorcycle racing as it was in the 1950s and early 1960s when British and European four strokes ruled.

Two former World Champions are set to take part in the form of Phil Read (BSA) and Chas Mortimer (Norton) along with former top international rider Trevor Barnes (Moto-Guzzi).

SeeRed represents the grand finale of the 2005 Lansdowne Championship with an intense battle for final podium positions in both 350cc and 500cc championship classes.

All the bikes will be on show in the paddock.

There is a lunchtime parade on both Saturday and Sunday of mainly red racing motorcycles headed by an extremely rare replica of the fabulous Mike Hailwood Honda 6 followed by a wide variety of Italian and Japanese exotica which includes an ex. John Surtees MV Augusta and a 500cc Velocette Thruxton.
