More bikes for Bikesafe

1 of 1

Bike training organisation Bikesafe has received the keys to three new Yamahas, two Buells and two Harleys at the MCN London Motorcycle Show.

The bikes have been loaned to the police-run training scheme by dealers Rex Judd Central and Warrs Harley-Davidson. One Yamaha R1, one Yamaha R6 and the American bikes will all be used on the training days which run at two sites in London every month. In addition, the black Yamaha R1, which has been custom-painted by Dream Machine, will also be used to publicise the scheme at race meetings and bike meets, as well as being used by instructors.

Police forces around the country also offer Bikesafe training, with serving police officers giving their time and experience to improve rider safety. The National Launch for 2005 will be at Cheltenham Racecourse with free entry, assessed rides, and entertainment.
