Zongshens arrive in UK

1 of 1

Three new bikes will arrive in the UK next week, all powered by engines from Chinese firm Zongshen.

The biggest of the three is the MRX200 entry-level off-roader, although bigger bikes are planned from the tie-up between Zongshen and UK importers Barrus, under the name Moto-Roma. The MRX will retail for just £1195 when it arrives.

The other two bikes arriving will be the Mustang, which is a 125cc learner-legal trail-style machine, and the semi-sports/commuter RDG 125, which is also learner-legal. The Mustang will cost £1395, and the RDG 125 is £1495.

We’ll have more details and full technical specifications of the bikes in the next week. Barrus are hoping to release more Zongshen bikes into the UK, including a possible SV650 rival, also under the Moto-Roma brand.
