Riviera hosts bike bash

One of the English Riviera’s leading holiday resorts is to host a three-day bike festival this Spring.

The first ever Paignton Bike Festival takes place from Friday April 29 to Sunday May 1 on Paignton Green and Seafront.

Eighteen bands will be playing throughout the weekend, major trade stands will be offering deals and there will be a wall of death, plus motocross star Jamie Squibb, Battistini’s custom bikes and prizes including £1000 for the best bike. BMW, Pirelli and Honda are all supporting the weekend.

Events will run from 6pm-10pm on the Friday evening and 10am to 10pm on Saturday and Sunday.

There’s a £3 entry donation each day with profits going to charity.
