The world’s biggest BMW bike dealership has opened in the brand’s home city – Munich, Germany.

The new Motorcycle Centre is at Frankfurter Ring 29 took around a year to develop and cost £3.89 million.

The former “Halmburger & Höflich” premises have been completely refurbished and now offer the complete world of BMW motorcycles in an area covering 3,000 m2. On average it will stock 200 bikes at any one time.

It employs 79 people.

The service area has 25 work stations for mechanics, with exhaust removal and special diagnostic equipment, including an electronic frame measuring unit.

The dealership also offers a BMW mobile servicing unit and a winter storage facility.
