Register race bikes

An MP has drafted a new Bill requiring all bikes used off-road to be registered and display number plates, including track day bikes and even MotoGP race bikes. 

Graham Stringer’s off-road registration Bill, which gets its second reading in Parliament on March 2, 2007, is aimed at anti-social mini moto riders who use their bikes illegally in public spaces.

But it makes no distinction between those and any other bikes used anywhere off the public highways.
