Motorcycle retailers call for new road design to save bikers

The head of the Motorcycle Retailers Association has called for better roads to cut motorcycle accidents.

Mike Owen said, “Improving road design and conditions would greatly reduce the number of motorcycle accidents in the UK, as these factors cause far more crashes than inappropriate speed.”

Owen included better manhole placement and tightening of bends in his list of improvements
