New MCN: June 20, 2007

Also in this edition, out from Wednesday, June 20, 2007, stricter helmet tests will come in to force from 2008 according to a leaked Government report. Each helmet is to be given a rating to show how safe it is, similar to NCAP ratings in the car industry.
