Bike crash details sent to IPCC

The details of a crash where a bike being followed by police collided with a car has been voluntarily referred to the IPCC.

The bike was seen riding erratically by police in Fallowfield on May 2, and was followed by police until the bike collided with a car on mini-roundabout, which then hit another car. The motorcyclist was in stable in condition in Manchester Royal Infirmary.
