Fogarty gets a Ducati Hypermotard for the road

Four-times World Superbike champion Carl Fogarty has now got his hands on a Ducati Hypermotard S to ride on the road.

Fogarty picked the bike up from Ducati Manchester and has been riding it on the roads around his Lancashire home.

Foggy told MCN: “I love it. It’s such a laugh that it reminds me of being 18 again. It’s hard to keep the front wheel on the floor.”

Ducati Manchester salesman Ian Broscombe was there to hand over the Hypermotard to his hero and commented, ‘It was fantastic to hand over the Hypermotard to Fogarty who is such a Ducati legend and it was great to see how excited he was to get his new bike. He was also very impressed with the new store.’

Foggy added: “It looks fantastic and is such fun to ride. I have already started scouring the accessory catalogue for some bits for it. The new store looks fantastic as well, just what Manchester needs.’

Ducati Manchester is located on the A56 Washway Road in Sale, less than half a mile from junction 7 of the M60 and close to both the Trafford Centre and Manchester City centre.
