Triumph to release McQueen and Brando jackets for 2010

1 of 4

Triumph has added a little Hollywood sparkle to their 2010 Clothing line with official Triumph tribute jackets to two of the biggest names in big screen history, Marlon Brando and Steve McQueen.

The two massive film icons have always been linked to the British motorcycle manufacture and remain as two of the biggest motorcycling legends to grace Hollywood Boulevard.

Both jackets will be available with a new host of new additions to the Triumph official clothing range, all tailored specifically for the variety of Triumph motorcycle owners and all to become available in time for next year.

The Brando jacket is a replica of that work in the Wild One.

It’s a true vintage biker jacket; all the little details on this jacket are to fit with a period of motorcycling.

The storm-cover style off-centre main zips, the open collar, the cross-hatched pocket positioning and the push-stud fasteners are all really nicely styling touches.

This full leather jacket has the Black Rebel Motorcycle Clubs skull and crossbone design on the back, but with the crossbones replaced by pistons.

It’s the closest thing to the actual Wild One jacket.

While the McQueen jacket is styled on the offroad kit as worn by the megastar when he used to compete in trials competition.

Every inch of this jacket is beautiful with a belt-buckle style collar fastener, cross-stitch detailing on the cuffs, elbows and the bottom of the jacket.

It features the Six Day Trial logo on the back. It’s got all the mod cons of a biker jacket with full armour and thermal lining.

The Brando jacket retails at £260 and the McQueen jacket is £200.
