Harley-Davidson Panhead with a difference

1 of 1

This Harley-Davidson V-Twin “Panhead” boasts a mean-streets look and a host of unexpected mods.

The bike has a 1951 FL motor, a 1939 EL transmission case, Pan gears and a 1949 wishbone frame, making it something of a time piece.

The oddity is that it doesn’t have a battery, just an electric generator… giving it both a retro and sci-fi vibe at the same time.

It’s owned by Milwaukee-based Troy Critchlow of the Chico Moto blog, who made the eye-grabbing exhaust himself.
