California Superbike School to use new-look Silverstone circuit

The California Superbike School will be opening its UK dates at Silverstone’s new-look Stowe circuit on April 22.

Silverstone has undergone a massive amount of work over the winter as it upgrades to make sure it can stage the MotoGP, World Superbikes and the Formula One GP.

As a result the Stowe circuit has also been updated; at 1.15 miles it can be run in six different configurations, both clockwise and anti clockwise.

“Stowe now features most types of corners and the fact that it can be run in either direction means that it’s ideal for teaching riders the art of cornering” says school director Andy Ibbott.

California Superbike School will run at Silverstone’s Stowe circuit on 11 dates between April – September, with dates scheduled for Brands Hatch in Kent and Mondello Park in the Republic of Ireland too.
