Wigan bikers urged to give blood

A special bikers blood drive is being organised next week in Wigan in memory of local teenager Leah Davies, who died in a three bike accident that killed another 18-year old earlier this year.

The blood drive will be held next Tuesday, the 27th November, at Wigan’s DW Stadium. Appointments to give blood are available either between 1.15pm and 3.30pm or between 5.15pm and 7.30pm.

Leah and fellow biker Ryan Smith were killed after a pile up that saw them thrown from their bikes on Hillridge Road in Wigan back in July.
