Last chance to cast vote in Harley Davidson ‘Custom Kings’ shootout

There’s just one week left to cast your vote and help one of 30 Harley-Davidson UK & Ireland dealerships become a top five finalist for the UK Custom King title in the second annual ‘Battle of the Kings’ customisation challenge.

Each Harley-Davidson dealership in the network has taken on the challenge to customise a standard Iron 883 on a capped budget. As part of the competition rules, each unique machine can be recreated in the dealership’s workshop, at a capped maximum retail value of £12,995, including the purchase of a new Harley-Davidson Sportster as the blank canvas.

It’s amazing to see how the imagination of the 30 teams across the Harley-Davidson UK & Ireland network has led to the creation of 30 custom motorcycles that look very different. Inspiration has been taken from popular custom genres including café racers, bobbers, Brat-style and flat trackers, but every creation, like all dealer customised Harley-Davidson bikes, has its own unique appeal stamped into the build. 

The final bikes can be viewed on the dedicated HarleyDavidson Custom Kings website along with build details and interviews with the bike builders. 

All votes cast online between now and 18 April will determine a top five shortlist, which will go to an independent judging panel to decide the overall national winner. The UK & Ireland victor will then do battle with winning bikes from other across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
