Doing anything on Sunday July 2? How about going for a ride with some mates while raising a few quid for charity? Sounds like a great idea to us!

TOP STORIES

Ride Sunday is a new worldwide charity event from the people who organise the hugely successful Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride. Created by the Australian founder Mark Hawwa, the Ride Sunday event follows a similar format but is more inclusive.

To take part in Ride Sunday you don’t need to dress up and all styles of bikes are welcome. Hawwa explains “I want to bring together every rider globally, regardless of race, religion, age, gender, sexual preference and regardless of what you ride. This event is about two wheels, regardless of genre of motorcycle.”

Join in by visiting Ride Sunday, pick your region and register. Then you can either choose from an existing ride in your area or create your own. If the charity you want to support isn’t already listed contact the Ride Sunday team to nominate them.

The highest global fundraiser on Ride Sunday will win a new motorcycle of their choice up to a value of $15,000USD.
