Bike of the day: Rudge Ulster GP replica up for auction at Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show

1 of 3

This stunning Rudge Ulster GP replica and over 150 classic and historic machines will go under the hammer in the Coys auction at the Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show on Saturday, February 17.

This Rudge Ulster GP Works replica is the latest lot to be secured for the Coys auction at the MCN Carole Nash London Motorcycle Show next February, with an estimate of £12 – £15k.

Based on a genuine Rudge Ulster, this machine has been painstakingly restored and re-tuned to original works specifications and is in beautiful condition, making it ideal for parades, classic track days or even as a stunning centrepiece for your living room!

Rudge’s four-valve, single-cylinder machines dominated both racing and practice at the 1930 Isle of Man TT, winning both the Senior and the Junior events, smashing lap and race records in the hands of legendary rider Wal Handley along the way.

Coys will be bringing along over 150 bikes for sale at the auction in February with machines to suit every budget, not just the specialist collectors. Due to the record breaking success of the 2017 event, entries for 2018 will be strictly limited but there is still time to submit a machine for sale.

The auction will be held in the main hall at Excel on Saturday February 17. Send entries to Dan Godin at Coys UK motorcycle department on +44 208 6147888, motorcycle@coys.co.uk or Giuliano Fazi +39 335 1488303, giuliano.fazi@coys.co.uk at Coys European office.
