AC Schnitzer shows off tweaked BMW S1000RR

1 of 3

It’s not often you can look at a new 1000cc superbike from an aftermarket tuner and realise they have made it more comfortable and a little more practical, but that’s exactly what German BMW tuning masters AC Schnitzer has done.

AC Schnitzer has been fettling BMW for years and the S1000RR is the latest machine to be tweaked – just not in the obvious performance enhancing ways.

The biggest change is the fitment of new adjustable handlebars and yoke which swop the clip-ons for a straight bar and have an adjustable clamp.

The AC Schnitzer bike has new brake and clutch levers, a carbon fibre exhaust silencer, crash bungs, performance air-filter and a numberplate hanger.
