The new Ducati 1199 Pangiale superbike boasts 195bhp and 176kg weight in road trim – WET.
These are staggering figures from a 1200cc twin and go a long way toward justifying Ducati's ditching of traditional belts on the engine and steel trellis on the chassis.
The all-new engine features the most radically oversquare engine yet (KTM RC8-R: 105mm, Panigale: 112mm), gear/chain-driven cams, and the chassis is an aluminium front monocoque.
The spec leak comes from an American Ducati dealership, reported by HFL. You can see how the bike's figures stack up to rivals here.
