Victory teases new model

American motorcycle manufacturer Victory has teased a new model, dubbed Octane, in a brief teaser video posted on Youtube.

The eight second long video gives little away – save for some engine noise and smoke -although a link at the end takes users through to a webpage detailing the development of their most powerful engine, dubbed Project 156, which was originally built as a prototype for use in the Pikes Peak hillclimb.

Victory unveiled a production version of that engine at the Milan Show in 2015 and stated it would appear in an upcoming 1200cc production model, which appears to be the new Octane.

Shortly after the Milan Show, Victory unveiled a second concept bike, the Combustion, using the same 1200cc engine.
