Harley Supermoto racer

There’s a huge range of exotic names in Supermoto racing with the likes for VOR, Husqvarna and Husaberg, but they’ve just been joined by probably the most iconic brand in the world.

This season Keith Jackson will ride a Harley-Davidson 1200R Sportster in the National Off-Road Racing Association (NORA) Sport Masters of Super Moto and Short Track UK series.

The bike has been modified with Screamin’ Eagle performance carburettors, air filters and exhaust pipes fitted, plus race compound tyres.

The bike is backed by Chesterfield dealers Harleyworld, which employs Jackson as a technician, and he’s a serious competitor having already won the 2001 NORA championship.
