Bennetts sponsor BSB

Insurance firm Bennetts will be the title sponsor for the British Superbike series in 2005.

The deal was unveiled by former British and World Superbike champion Neil Hodgson, along with two ‘Bennetts Babes’ in Trafalgar Square in London. Hodgson, however, will be racing in the American AMA series this year for the Parts Unlimited Ducati team.

“A reputable and fast-moving company, Bennetts has been very active in motorcycle sport, sponsoring high profile rider and individual British Superbike rounds, ” said Tony Partis, managing director of series promoters Dorna UK. “I am confident that Bennetts will be a successful sponsor and look forward to their involvement this year and in future championships.”
