Britton wins Tandragee

1 of 1

The Tandragee 100 road races took place at the weekend at a very wet County Armagh, Northern Ireland, with the main race being stopped after three laps because of rain.

Richard Britton was the man of the meeting taking the win in three of the four main races on Honda machines.

Ryan Farquhar took two second-places and a third while Bruce Anstey took second in the Supersport 600 race and two other third place finishes.

Ian Lougher won the lightweight 250 race ahead of Yamo Holand and Trevor Keys.

TAS Suzuki rider and TT star Adrian Archibald had a bad meeting, failing to get above 5th place.

Check out MCN, out May 11, to find out why riders take to the irish road races when the risks are so high and the prizes so small.
