British 80cc GP class

A new 80cc Grand prix class has been introduced for 2006 to allow the use of 80cc Metrakit and Jawa bikes.

These motorbikes do not conform to the requirements for the 2006 ACU Star Championships, and as a result of the gorwing interest in these machines, the new class was created.

To be able to enter, riders must be, 13 years old and hold a National Road Race Licence, 14 years old and hold a Clubman Road Race Licence or 15 years old and hold a Novice Road Race Licence.
