Even the experts can get it all wrong as former Enduro champion Derrick Edmondson (5) and Dave Howells (36) showed in separate incidents on Easter Monday.

On both occasions racing was suspended briefly with no ambulance on track while they were ferried to hospital.

Fastest man of the day was Carl Pope (359) with 19.5s in the heats, but winner of the all-comers event was Arthur Browning(52) with Pope 2nd.
