There are only a handful of days to go to get your MCN Fantasy Road Race in association with Bennetts Insurance team in place, ahead of this weekend’s opening round of the World Superbike championship!

Stuck for suggestions on just who’s going to do the business in 2016? Fear not, because we’ve talked to some of the biggest names in racing to get their views on just who they’d have in place were they a team manager (and only most of them picked themselves!).

Going for a safe bet in MotoGP in the form of reigning champion Jorge Lorenzo, fellow Ducati rider Scott Redding is also lining up for Shane Byrne’s squad in what could prove to be an inspired move, if testing is anything to go by.

In WSBK, it’s a man Shakey knows better than most flying the flag – former MCE BSB title rival Alex Lowes, while German Reiterberger is a the fast rookie tipped by many to do well in 2016.

In BSB, who else was Shakey ever going to pick but himself? It might be a surprise to see Luke Mossey as his second rider, but it would appear the 2015 rookie of the year has impressed the four-time champion!
