Jentin Racing have confirmed Simon Andrews will stay with the team in BSB this year.

The Lloyds British-backed Yamaha team are building two brand new 2008 R1s and 23-year-old Andrews said: “I’m really pleased to be riding for the team again. The new Pirelli tyre rule will be good for the championship as it will put teams on a more of a level playing field. Our new R1 looks fantastic and I can’t wait to get on board and put it through it’s paces.”

Team boss Bernie Toleman added: “We secured several top ten finishes in 2007 and with two new bikes being built we will be looking to further the team’s success in 2008 and I’m delighted Simon agreed to remain with the team again.”
