Tinmouth resigns from BSB ride

Jenny Tinmouth has resigned from the Splitlath Aprilia team after a brief flirtation of just two BSB rounds.

The news came as no surprise to team owner John Dimbylow who said: “We were expecting it and had planned a formal press release. But within two minutes of discussing details with Jenny, it was on the web.

“To be honest, things just haven’t worked out. She’s not been helpful with the media side of the team and now we’re actively looking for a replacement rider but this time it will be someone with experience who can help us with development on the Aprilia.”

Tinmouth was unavailable for comment but is thought to have already found an alternative ride in the British Supersport.
