Smith looking for points

Bradley Smith will start tommorows A-Style Assen TT from 22nd as he goes in search of his first GP championship point. After finishing one place away from the points last time out at Catalunya, Smith will be looking to go one better on Saturday morning.

Championship leader, Alvaro Bautista was pipped to pole position by KTM’s Mika Kalio. Kallio came from relatively nowhere in the session to take the first spot on the grid infront of Bautista and the high flying Derbi mounted Lukas Pesek.
