Danny Webb passes driving test

British 125GP racer Danny Webb might be one of the fastest teenagers on the planet on two wheels, and now he’s all set to take to the road on four too.

The DeGraaf Aprilia rider recently passed his driving test and celebrated by treating himself to a personalised number plate on a new Mini Cooper that reads Y99 WEB.

The number 99 is Webb’s racing number in the 125GP world championship.

“It’s great to have my own wheels now, “said Webb.

Webb is currently testing his new 2009 Aprilia 125GP machine at the Estoril circuit in Portugal and he ended the first day in eighth place.
