Qatar MotoGP: Miller takes Moto3 win

Red Bull KTM rider Jack Miller capitalised on a late mistake by Alex Marquez to take victory in the opening race of 2014.

Miller and Marquez spent most of the race out in front, with Marquez leading for the majority of the race. The following group closed the gap in the latter stages and when Marquez ran wide on the final lap Miller seized the opportunity to take the lead, which he held to the line.

Marquez managed to finish second after a hard pass on team-mate Alex Rins and Efren Vazquez at the final corner. Vazquez finished third.

Rins was swallowed up on the final straight and finished fifth.

Brits Danny Kent and John McPhee both got off to a good start and were battling in the leading group before dropping down the order, finishing 13th and 11th respectively.
