Team Padgetts set to line up at Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show

Legendary team boss Clive Padgett is set to bring an incredible line-up of machinery to the Carole Nash MCN London Motorcycle Show, including some of the fastest bikes ever to lap the Isle of Man TT course.

Taking pride of place in the collection will be a brace of lap record holding machines piloted by Bruce Anstey. First is the Honda Fireblade he took to the absolute lap record of the Mountain Circuit – an incredible 132.298mph average speed lap of the 37.73 miles.

It’ll be joined by another lap record holder – the Yamaha YZR500 two stroke GP bike pulled out of storage by Padgetts for this year’s Classic TT. Taking it to the top step of the podium in the Formula One race at the event, the Kiwi set a 123.894mph lap in the process.

They’ll also be joined by Anstey’s TT-winning Honda CBR600 supersport machine, as well as John McGuinness’ Fireblade superstock machine.

And to cap the whole thing off, Anstey himself will also be making a guest appearance, on the Sports and Performance stage on Friday at 1145, to discuss his amazing year.
