George White Motorcycles will become a sponsor of the Ten Kate racing team for the remainder of the 2009 season and to celebrate they’re offering you the chance to win two VIP Hospitality passes for Donington Park this weekend.

As one of the UK’s biggest motorcycle dealers, George White will become title sponsor of the Ten Kate-backed Barry Veneman squad in the World Supersport championship and lend additional support to Ten Kate’s junior team in the Superstock 1000 FIM Cup and Superstock 600 European championship.

The branding will appear on the Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade of the Ten Kate Junior team’s Maxime Berger, who currently sits third in the Superstock 1000 FIM Cup, following an impressive win at Misano, Italy last Sunday.

British interest within the Ten Kate Junior team lies with 19-year-old Gino Rea in the Superstock 600 European Cup – currently second in the points standings with a win at Assen already this season.

The deal to sponsor the team came after George White Motorcycle’s Steve Gannicott visited the WSB race in Salt Lake City last month.

He said: “We’ve kept in touch since and when the offer to help their efforts with Barry Veneman came through, I thought it was a great opportunity to get involved with the team and put the George White brand in front of a much wider audience.

“George White is a British business and it’s good that there is British interest with Gino in the Superstock 600 series and an associated link with Jonathan Rea in the World Superbike championship.”

To celebrate the announcement of this partnership, George White and Ten Kate are offering two VIP hospitality passes with the team at this weekend’s ninth round World Superbike championship meeting at Donington, where the entire team will be racing. Visit www.georgewhite.co.uk for entry details.
