Video: World Superbike's new South American home

With the announcement last weekend at the Argentinian Grand Prix that World Superbikes would be joining their Grand Prix brethren in South America from 2018, most assumed that the production racing class would be heading to the Termas de Rio Hondo circuit.

However, instead they’re heading to a brand new facility further south, at the brand new El Villicum track near San Juan – and we’ve been given a look at it (and how construction is progressing) in this video.
